The flat is located in a newly built part of the house and has an separate entrance.

It is structured as follows :
- living area with convertible sofa, dining table and chairs, tv, dvd player and free wifi
- kitchen area with 2 gaz burners, fridge, oven and microwave, coffee maker and kitchen tools. Note that the following will be provided: butter, fresh bread, jams, yoghurts, milk, orange juice, fruits, cereals and coffee pods
- a double room (or two single beds)
- a private bathroom (shower)
- view on the garden
